Having studied Sociology at one of Turkey’s premier universities and pursued an MBA degree at Troy University in the USA, Aslı Ertem made a conscious decision to further her career in the field of Human Resources. In 2012, Ertem returned to Turkey and embarked on her professional journey in the technology sector as a Human Resources Specialist at Intel and took charge of overseeing all human resources processes for Intel’s field sales team. In 2014, started her journey with the Bilge Adam HR team, a commitment that would extend for over 3.5 years. Her contributions were pivotal in the inception of the Talent Management unit, eventually earning her a well-deserved promotion to the position of Deputy Unit Manager.
Following a year and a half of dedicated service as a recruitment consultant at an HR consulting firm, during which she adeptly managed full life cycle recruiting processes, she transitioned to Recruit IT as a Senior HR & IT Recruitment Consultant. She seamlessly integrates her diverse skills and experiences to navigate the complex landscape of human resources and information technology recruitment. Her strategic approach involves not only identifying top-tier talent but also fostering lasting connections between professionals and organizations. She possesses considerable expertise in HR consulting and the implementation of HR systems. Her extensive experience in these domains has equipped her with a nuanced understanding of the intricate facets of human resources, enabling her to navigate complex challenges with adeptness.
Ertem, who is also an ICF-certified Professional Coach, brings an added dimension to her role and leverages her expertise to go beyond traditional recruitment practices, offering valuable mentorship and guidance to both candidates and client companies.
